Photography Walk, Autumn 2022: Clayton, NC

I bought a newish camera this week. I say newish because it's an older model of the one I really want. 

I felt fortunate that I found one used because 1) I can't afford the $1300+ price tag and 2) I'm impatient to start taking photographs again. I know I have a pro camera that is more than capable of capturing the pictures that I want. However, it's big and it's bulky and so conspicuous.

 At this point in my life I want to stay hidden and just enjoy the scenery and take photographs of pretty things without the weight around my neck. The Leica D-Lux 6 is perfect - it's small and light with all the advantages of a point and shoot with the creative options that my pro DSLR offers me.
