Pretty Purple Flowers

I will never pretend to be a flower expert. I can't even say they are my most favorite things. I will declare, however, that I truly enjoy photographing them. 

I found this flower, which I believe to be an aster, at the Historical Yates Mill County Park. I love the way the light was hitting this particular one...so much so that took many, many shots at several different angles. 

It was embarrassing, really... Good thing I was alone! It wasn't much of a photography morning, but I'm happy that I found one shot that I found worth sharing.
